Size & Layout

Properties that can accommodate multiple bedrooms with shared common spaces, typically 3+ bedroom homes or multi-unit buildings.

Condition

We consider properties in various conditions, from move-in ready to those needing significant renovation. Our team has experience with property rehabilitation.

Price Point

Properties that can be acquired and, if necessary, renovated at a cost that allows us to offer affordable housing while providing returns to our investors.

Zoning
